1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Anchorsmith, a browser-based vector editing service. By creating an account or using the editor, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to the artwork and files you create with Anchorsmith. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store, render, and export your work so the service can function. We do not claim ownership of your designs.
4. Plans and billing
Anchorsmith offers a free tier and paid subscriptions. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Anchorsmith to infringe others' rights, distribute unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Service availability
Anchorsmith is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for loss arising from downtime to the extent permitted by law.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
